Finish a Behavioural Experiment

Whether you did the experiment or not, you can complete the exercise! For information about planning another experiment, visit Set up a Behavioural Experiment.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. Select Care. From Mental Health, select Digital CBT.

2. Log in to Digital CBT.

3. To record the results, on the Dashboard, in Behavioural Experiment , select Yes or No for Did you do the experiment?.

   • If you selected Yes, enter the results of your experiment. If you were to do the experiment again, rate your belief in the original thought. Select Record Outcome.

   • If you selected No, answer the prompts. Select Reschedule Experiment or select Submit.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health then Digital CBT.

2. On the Digital CBT Dashboard, select Experiments.

3. From the prompt Did you do the experiment?, select Yes or No.

   • If you selected Yes, enter the results of your experiment. Rate how strongly you would believe your original thought if you were to do the experiment again. Enter a new thought or belief based on the results of the experiment, then select Record Outcome.

   • If you selected No, answer the prompts. Decide if you want to re-schedule the experiment or select Submit.
