You might need both an insurance account and an EAP account. For example, you might have personal insurance through GreenShield and an EAP plan through your employer. If you require both account types, please complete the following steps to ensure both accounts are set up correctly.

Navigate to https://app.greenshieldplus.ca/.

Select Sign up.

Select Through an employer or organization, then select Continue.

Accept the Terms and Conditions and then select Continue.

Select I have a plan member ID.

Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

On the Member Details screen, enter your Member ID and Date of Birth. Select Continue.

On the Create New Password page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

Select Sign In.

Navigate to https://app.greenshieldplus.ca/.

Select Sign up.

Complete one of the following actions:

If you are accessing health services through an employer or organization, select Through an employer or organization, then Select I have an Organization Code. Follow the prompts that appear on the screen to enter your organization code and member verification information, then sign in.

If you are accessing and paying for health services on your own, select I want to use health services but I'm not covered under a GreenShield plan and follow the prompts that appear on the screen to complete your registration.
