View previous care recommendations

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Home screen, select Start Care Navigation.

2. On the Navigate your health with confidence screen, in the Previous recommendations section, select View.

3. On the Recommendation History section, select a previous recommendation to view.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Dashboard, select Start Care Navigation.

2. On the Navigate your health with confidence screen, select View previous recommendations.

3. On the Recommendations made for you screen, in the Recommendations History section, select and view your previous care recommendations
