Get personalized care recommendations

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Home screen, select Start Care Navigation.

2. On the Navigate your health with confidence screen, select Start Now.

3. Answer the questions that appear on the screen and select Next.

4. Select Complete.

5. A list of personalized recommendations will appear that you can scroll through and select the care service you are most interested in.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Dashboard, select Start Care Navigation.

2. On the Navigate your health with confidence screen, select Start now.

3. On the What can we help you with today? screen, select the option that best describes your care needs, and then using the drop-down menu select the topic or condition that applies to you, and then select Continue.

4. On the What is the level of support you need? screen, select the option that best applies to your needs.

5. Select Complete.
