Add a dependent

Instructions for the mobile app

1. From the Dependents screen of the enrolment process and select Add new dependent.

2. Fill in the corresponding details, then select Add dependent.

Note: Dependents must be enrolled within 30 days of commencing enrolment; you also must ensure all dependents are eligible under the terms of the plan. For any further details, please contact your employer or reference your plan booklet.
