Depending on your plan, your plan administrator might have turned these features off. If you do not see them, please contact our support centre to edit your dependent information.

On the Navigation Bar, select the drop-down menu with your name on it.

Select Account Settings , then select My Dependents.

From the My Dependents table, select Reinstate for the dependent that you want to reinstate.

Select a Date of Reinstatement and select Continue to Benefit Plan Status.

Update the dependent's Dental and Health coverage.

Select Save Change and then Save again.
