Once your order is confirmed, the pharmacy will process your payment, prepare your prescription, and send the package to one of its delivery partners.

Care, then select
Pharmacy, and Orders.

If required, select Switch Profile to view orders associated with a different Pharmacy profile.

Select the desired order in the list to view its details.
Your order's Status indicates how far along the pharmacy is in preparing and sending your order:

Received: Your order is confirmed, but payment and preparation are pending.

Processed: Your payment has been processed and the pharmacy is preparing your order.

Shipped: Your order has left the pharmacy and is with our delivery partner.
When the pharmacy drops off your order to the shipping partner, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. This email is sent to the address indicated in your Pharmacy profile. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
You can use the tracking link in your email to view the status of your delivery. If your tracking link is not working, contact your pharmacy using the phone number indicated in your order confirmation email. Have your order number ready when you call.
We work with multiple shipping partners across Canada. The name and information of the company handling your delivery will be indicated in your tracking email. You can contact them directly for any issue or question related to the delivery of your package.
