Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Please note that cancellation of an order is time-sensitive and may not always be possible after an order is processed. Please reach out to GreenShield Pharmacy directly and as soon as possible to discuss cancellation requests. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Please double check all orders thoroughly prior to placing an order.  

We strive to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your order. We accept returns of unopened, unused eligible products up to 60 days after the date of purchase. To verify if an order qualifies for return, please contact GreenShield Pharmacy directly. We are unable to offer free shipping on returns at this time. Please note that not all items are eligible for return. This includes final sale items, and items listed in the following list. 

We cannot accept returns of products from the following categories:

• Over-the-counter medications

• All PPE, face masks, and gloves (re-usable and disposable)

• All food and snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy etc.)

• Baby food and infant formula

• Items marked with a “Home Health” logo

• All diapers (Disposable and cloth)

• Nutritional rinks

• Breast pumps

• Hair dye

• Diabetic and other testing supplies

• Menstrual products

• Needles and syringes

• Personal massagers and vibrators

• Condoms and contraceptive products

• Toilet risers

• Mattresses

• Bedding accessories

• Temperature-controlled products

• Compression stockings

• Support and braces

• Ostomy products

• Clearance items

• Special order items

• Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified

• Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Please ensure that your address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. If an order is returned to GreenShield Pharmacy by a courier due to invalid or incomplete address, or if it was not retrieved from a Canada Post office or courier depot within the time-frame provided by the courier, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.  *Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
