Create a Health Store account

1. On the The Health Store dashboard, select Sign Into Health Store and then Create Health Store Account.

2. From the Create Your Account screen, fill in the following information including first and last name, email, phone number, and create a password.

3. Then accept the terms and conditions/privacy policy and select Create Account.

4. From the Add a Shipping Address screen, enter your preferred shipping address.

5. Next, on the Add a Payment Card screen, enter your payment method information.
