Create an individual account to access health services if you are not covered by a GreenShield plan

Before You Begin: Choose I want to use health services but I'm not covered under a GreenShield plan if you are purchasing and accessing GreenShield Health services for yourself.

1. Navigate to https://app.greenshieldplus.ca/.

2. Select Sign up.

   

3. Select I want to use health services but I'm not covered under a GreenShield plan, then select Continue.

   

4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and then select Continue.

5. Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

6. Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

7. On the Personal Details page, enter your Name and your Date of Birth and select Continue.

8. On the Contact Details page, enter your Address information, then select Continue.

9. On the Create New Password page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

10. Select Sign In.
